- The group's first meeting was held on Wednesday, May 13th, 2009, hosted by: Maryellen Himell, Executive Director of the Student Affairs Development Office and Vice Chancellor Harry Le Grande and was facilitated by Nikka Umil, the Student Liaison to the Campaign for Berkeley. This meeting served as the introduction of the Student Ambassadors to the purpose and vision of the Student Advisory Committee and as a starting point of ideas leaning towards the progress of the Campaign.
